YOU TOO CAN FLOURISH FROM RUBBISH;  FACIAL RECOVERY WITH GARBAGE
Don’t forget you read it here first

Facial massage is a very popular Western beauty treatment to slow down the aging process and achieve younger looking and healthier skin. It is also used to relieve stress, migraine headache, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and sinus congestion. It may involve a whole massage session, a portion of a whole-body massage or a part of a facial treatment. Facial massage can be done by a professional massage therapist, an aesthetician, or a cosmetologist. Simple massage can also be done at home. Massage of the face is usually done with the hands; however, mechanical massaging devices are also used in beauty salons or spas. A small amount of oil or lotion is often applied to facilitate movement over the delicate facial areas.

In Eastern therapies, facial massage is part of a full-body treatment in which pressure points on the face and neck are stimulated in order to release blockages in the flow of qi, or vital energy. Lotions or oils are not used on the face in acupressure, shiatsu, or yoga techniques of facial massage. Facials are just one of the steps to maintaining healthy, clear skin but can also be a relaxing way to pamper you. Facials consist of the cleansing and exfoliating of the skin and the extraction of blackheads or whiteheads that clog pores. Often times, facials are designed or catered to a client’s skin type or problem areas. Everyone’s skin is different, but whether skin is dry, oily, a combination of the two, and sensitive or normal, there is a facial to cater to its needs. You could probably get a facial each week of the year and never have the same treatment twice. Some facials claim to do nothing more than give you a relaxing massage. Other facials treat specific skin problems, such as acne, dryness or wrinkles.

Facials can be low-tech affairs, using hand-mixed pastes and compounds, or high-tech procedures, using electrical stimulation of facial muscles to temporarily tighten skin. Simple facials are probably what you think of when you picture the treatment --cleaning, steaming and finishing off with a nice massage. Special facials can be tailored to your specific skin type. For example, hypoallergenic products may be part of a facial for sensitive skin. Facials usually begin with a cleansing and analysis of the skin under a bright light. How the aesthetician proceeds will depend on their diagnosis, but the process usually consists of: 1. Exfoliation 2. Extraction 3. Massage 4. Mask 5. Moisturizer
