YOU TOO CAN FLOURISH FROM RUBBISH
FACIAL RECOVERY WITH GARBAGE

Don’t forget you read it here first
Apple Mask
1 cored apple cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of honey
½ teaspoon of sage
Chop up the apple quarters in a food processor. Add the honey and sage and then refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Lightly pat the mixture onto the face until the honey feels tacky. Leave it on the skin for 30 minutes and then rinse the face mask off with cool water.

Peach Facial
1 medium peach
1 tablespoon of honey
Oatmeal (as needed)
Take the peach and cook it until it is soft. Mash the cooked peach using a fork. Next, add the honey and enough oatmeal until the mixture is thick. Apply the mask to the skin and let it sit on the skin for about ten minutes. Rinse off the peach facial masque with cool clean water.

Banana Fruit Facial Mask Recipe
2 ripe medium bananas
Honey
Mash the ripe bananas with a fork and avoid over mashing. Too much mashing will cause the banana mixture to become runny. Add about one tablespoon of honey. Smooth the mixture over the skin and leave it on for approximately ten minutes. Follow with a cool clean water rinse and gently pat dry the face.

Grape Facial Mask Recipe
1 cup of green grapes
1 teaspoon of honey or 1 egg yolk
Crush the green grapes into a pulp. Next, add the honey or egg yolk (which ever is desired). Place the mixture on dampened skin for 15 minutes and then rinse off. This mask is ideal for faces that have been exposed to too much sun.

Strawberry Mask
½ cup of very ripe strawberries
¼ cup cornstarch
Mix the strawberries and cornstarch together to make a paste. Apply the facial mixture to the face. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse with cool water.

Avocado Fruit Mask Recipe
¼ of a ripe avocado
½ cup of buttermilk
1 egg yolk
Beat the egg yolk and blend in the mashed avocado and buttermilk. Apply to the face and leave it on for five minutes. After the five minutes, spread on a little more of the facial mask mixture. Leave on for an additional five minutes. Rinse the face with warm water.

Banana, Milk and Oats Face Scrub

Ripe banana – 1
Milk – 1 tablespoon
Oats – 2 tablespoons
Method
First of all, mash the banana in a bowl and pour milk in it. Thereafter, add oats to it and prepare a paste. Apply this mixture evenly on the face and neck. Massage gently for almost 3-4 minutes to remove the dead skin. Rinse well with lukewarm water to get the best results.

Orange, Honey and Sugar Scrub
Ingredients
Orange juice – 3 tablespoons
Honey – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 1 cup
Olive oil – a few drops (optional)
Method
This is a great homemade scrub especially for tanned skin. Pour honey and sugar in orange juice. You can also add a few drops of olive oil. Mix these ingredients well. Apply all over the face and scrub in circular strokes. If you want the best outcome, then use this scrub twice a week.

Kiwi Scrub
Ingredients
Kiwi – 1
Sugar – 2 teaspoons
Sunflower oil – a few drops
Method
Kiwis rid your facial skin of oil. Firstly, take a kiwi and peel it properly. Mash the kiwi well and add sugar to it. Pour some drops of sunflower oil to the mixture. Apply it on your face and neck while scrubbing. Wash it after 2-3minutes. Apply toner and moisturizer in the end.

Oatmeal – 1 tablespoon
Honey – a few drops (optional)
Method
At first, cut an apple into small slices. Put them in a blender along with oat meal to create a paste. Apply and massage the paste all over your facial skin for exfoliation and extra glow. Wash it after 5-10 minutes. You can add some drops of honey in the mixture if you want.
